Journal Cover - Trends in Neuroscience - Sept 2009

This is the Trends in Neurosciences journal cover art published in the September 2009 issue. The actual cover is followed by some mock-ups.

When scientific articles are accepted to peer review journals, researchers are often allowed and encouraged to submit images that would make interesting cover art for the journal when published. My cover design was created for Dr. David Edelman for an accepted article to Trends in Neurosciences. His article has became the most read for the journal for 3 weeks straight.
