Update: Thanks to all of your support, I now have purchased my ticket to return to Zambia, Africa in March / April 2011!
I will be on assignment for The Temwani Children's Foundation to continue our work with children in extreme poverty, most of whom are orphans and many of whom are HIV/AIDS positive. Traveling to Zambia to work with our partners, the children, and learn more about their needs is one of the most important parts of our work. I helped start this non-profit with friends 5 years ago and our biggest success is the primary school we funded that opened this year.

The Goal
I am still accepting donation until I leave to raise $4500 for:
- My travel and expenses for almost a month in Zambia
- A laptop for Temwani's new Zambian intern, Sharon, a young Zambian girl I will help train. (Thanks to Graziano Fiorito for now donating this!!)
- Half of Sharon's stipend for a year.
- Equipment and Supplies.
