About Artist Bevin Dunn
I created digitalGinger in 2006 to offer clients a full range of photography and graphic design services.
I grew up in my mother's pottery studio, helping in her gallery, and inspired by my father's photography that graced our walls. I also drew artistic inspiration from my grandmother, who also was an artist, and a favorite memory is of finding one of her small pencil drawings in the cover of a music book hidden in the piano bench.
I attended both Kalamazoo College and the University of Arizona, where I received my BFA, and was the only student from Art, Music, Dance, Communications and Photography to receive the "Outstanding Artist Award" in my graduating year.
With a background as a professional computer software instructor as well as a Multi-Media Developer my fine art photography and graphic design draws from over 16 years of work in the industry. I am a featured designer for Memory Mixer scrapbooking software and my designs have been shown on television on QVC. Fine art prints can be found at locations such as the San Diego Botanic Gardens.
Most importantly, I love what I do and I put my passion into all of my personal and client projects!
As a founding member and Technology Coordinator for the non-profit Temwani Children's Foundation, I also work to benefit the many brave children orphaned by AIDS in Zambia. I traveled to Zambia in 2009 and 2011 to meet with partners, document projects and learn more about the impoverished communities we serve. Please take a few minutes to check out this amazing group, and view some of my photographs of the children.
